Sultan Ahmed Bhuiyan, FCA

Mr. Sultan Ahmed Bhuiyan obtained his B. Com (Hons.) & M. Com with Major in Accounting from University of Dhaka in 1990. He is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (EN-1207). He is a founding member of Radhanagar High School, Debidwar, Cumilla.

Presently, he is the Chief Financial Officer and Board Secretary of Grameen Telecom Trust, one of the largest social business initiatives of the Country. He is a Trustee Board Member of Grameen Mutual Fund One and Two. He has been reelected as Board Member of Grameen Capital Management Ltd. From 18th February 2025 to 17th February 2027, General Member of Grameen Trust and Grameen Motsho O Pashusampad Foundation.

Previously he was Head of Treasury of Robi Axiata PLC a multinational mobile operator in Bangladesh. He Served First Finance Limited (FFL) as an Independent Director from 24th June, 2021 to 23th June 2024. He had been elected as Chairman of the Audit Committee of FFL from 16th September 2021 to 15 September 2024. He Served Grameen Capital Management Ltd. as a Board Member from 29th October 2019 to 28th October 2021.
